What it means to be a Rotarian here
Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of neighbors who share a desire to give back. You'll discuss the community's needs and find creative ways to meet them, expand your leadership and professional skills, catch up with good friends and meet new ones — and connect with people from every profession and background. See the things we think, say, and do for what that looks like in practice.
Start by visiting
If you haven't already, come to a meeting and get to know us — that's the whole first step. Wednesdays at Mount Vernon Canyon Club: social hour from 5:30, meeting at 6:00, optional dinner after. No RSVP needed. Plan a visit →
The process for new members
- Attend four separate club meetings as a prospective member — get a real feel for the club.
- While you're attending, submit the membership application for review by our Membership Committee.
- Approved applications go to the Board of Directors for final review and approval.
- Once approved, if you don't already have a club sponsor, we'll pair you with one as your onboarding mentor.
